Accountability

In an effort to truly understand and address the needs of the people of St. Bernard Parish, the the by-laws of the Board of Directors for the Biloxi Marsh Disaster Relief Fund calls for the appointment of two local St. Bernard Parish community leaders. These two Board members will work with the Board of Directors to ensure that funds are utilized efficiently and with the best results for the community as a whole.

The founding Board members who are currently in this role are Daniel L. Dysart and Charles H. Reppel, Jr
